Thrombosis Ireland has been set up to provide education, support and advocacy for Patients on Anticoagulation Therapy as a result of Stroke, Heart Valve replacent, DVT ( Leg Clot), PE ( Lung Clot ) and Genetic pre-disposition of your blood Clot.  Our mission is to Educate, support and advocate for Blood Clot Patients.
