Our Board Skills Audit offers independent and reliable results and is an opportunity for your board members to review the existing skillset on the board.

Board Skills Audits can be completed as part of a full Board Effectiveness Review or as a stand alone service.

Discuss Outcomes 

Boardmatch will meet with you to confirm your expectations and the timeline of the Board Skills Audit. 

Create & Distribute Survey

Boardmatch will then create and circulate the survey to all board members via Survey Monkey.

Collate & Analyse results

We will then collate and analyse results to determine the skillset of the board and help identify gaps.  

Summary of Results

We will present your board with the results of the Skills Audit in the form of a detailed report.

Pricing

Our Board Skills Audit Exercise costs €450. We do not charge VAT on our services.
