Our mission is to provide the right training, support, and opportunities so that adults with intellectual disabilities can reach their full potential in today’s working world.

We are a non-for-profit social enterprise based in Limerick, dedicated to creating inclusive, meaningful vocational training and employment pathways. Through our Rising Together Training Programmes, participants gain practical skills, workplace knowledge and the confidence needed to succeed in supported paid employment. We focus on building ability, independence and self belief - ensuring every individual feeds supported, empowered and truly included.
