Not-For-Profit Information

Our mission in Greystones Tidy Towns is to make Greystones the “most liveable community”, for all residents by focusing our efforts on biodiversity, sustainability and inclusivity through pollinator planting, climate actions, home energy audits, and other major projects like the Sensory Garden, community orchards, the Stumpery, our 1,000 trees planting at Shoreline, our new Solar Meitheal programme and the town parklets to name a few.

Our scope of work includes creation and maintenance of pollinator-friendly flower beds as well as maintaining our streetscapes, beaches and other public places through tidiness and litter control.
We reach out and engage with all areas of our community including Greystones Municipal District, Greystones Town Team, Tiglin’s Drug Rehab Centre, Triple A Autism Alliance, the Restorative Justice programme to name but a few.
Our committee is currently made up of several sub committees including.
● Greystones & Delgany Sustainable Energy Community (GDSEC)
● Greystones Biodiversity Group
● Junior Tidy Towns Greystones
