Galway Contact

We are a voluntary group based in Galway since 1981. Our main aim is to alleviate loneliness and feelings of isolation among older people through our Befriending service and Social outings and we also process Seniors Alert Scheme grant applications for personal alarms. Our volunteers visit older people each week and build up a friendship. We run a morning club and provide transport for those who have no other means of getting there. We also support other organisations' social clubs by providing transport.
