Camphill Communities of Ireland

Camphill Communities of Ireland (CCoI) is a national not-for-profit charity that has been supporting adults with intellectual disabilities, autism and people with complex support needs to live meaningful, connected and self-directed lives for over 50 years.

Operating a network of residential communities, supported living services, Day Opportunity hubs and specialist programmes across Ireland, we provide person-centred supports that empower individuals to build independence, develop life skills, pursue employment and education opportunities, and actively participate in their local communities.

Everything we do is guided by a rights-based approach, recognising each person's individuality, choices and aspirations. We work in partnership with the people we support, their families, staff and local communities to create inclusive environments where everyone is valued, respected and encouraged to thrive.

Our supports extend far beyond traditional care. Through initiatives such as our My Dream Job employment programme, creative arts, lifelong learning, community participation, health and wellbeing programmes, self-advocacy through our Voices Group, and a wide range of social, educational and vocational opportunities, we help people achieve their personal goals and reach their full potential.
