Aoife's Clown Doctors

Aoife's Clown Doctors was established to fundraise to pay for the provision of professional Clowns, who deliver humour and joy as a form of healing relief, through a prescribed programme of clowning and humorous activities, to children, their families and the staff who care for them in Hospitals across Ireland, in particular the National Children’s Hospitals. The Clowns are professional actors, trained to work in the hospital setting. They do the most amazing work visiting and entertaining vulnerable and sick children on the wards at Crumlin, Temple Street, Galway, Mayo and PUH Ballinasloe Hospitals.
