Trustee with fundraising and/ or marketing experience

Nurture Africa has been operating in Uganda for the past 20 years. Our vision is 'empowered African families that are more self-reliant. We operate in four core programme areas- health, education, sustainable livelihoods and child protection reaching over 70,000 individuals annually. We operate a robust international volunteer programme with over 120 Irish volunteers travelling to Uganda per year. 

Nurture Africa is looking for flexible board members that are willing to travel to Uganda at least once during their 3-6 years tenure. They will provide general governance oversight as a board of directors on the Nurture Africa board. On top of this they would provide guidance to Nurture Africa on its various fundraising and communication initiatives.
