We are Waterford L.E.D.C. Limited – a local enterprise development company and a registered charity. Our vision is the alleviation of poverty and social exclusion through the development of the social economy and social enterprises in Waterford and to provide and create employment and related training opportunities for the residents of disadvantaged communities in Waterford. Our main project is Cill Barra Community Gym and Sports Hall.
