We are an Irish non-profit organisation working to improve the health and lives of livestock farmers and their communities in the Developing World. We work with farmers in their communities to:
Improve the health and welfare of livestock.
To prevent the spread of disease between animals.
To prevent the spread of disease from animals to humans.
To develop a sustainable approach to livestock farming.
Vets Without Borders Ireland is a member of Vétérinaires Sans Frontières International; an international network of non-profit organizations working in the fields of animal husbandry, animal health and welfare, and agricultural production to support and foster sustainable smallholder agriculture.
