Trinity Community Care Company Limited by Guarantee  was established over 40 years ago to provide support in the community of Ballymun, Santry, Glasnevin, Marino , Fairview. The company has undergone significant change since its early days. The ethos of care and community remains at the centre of our activities. We are a partner in Dublin Home Care Partners and provide enhanced home support and personal care services to the HSE in the area of North Dublin. Our trained carers and volunteers provide services to individuals and families with complex social care needs enabling them to live full independent lives in their own homes. We provide support to older persons, persons with intellectual and physical disabilities, children with life limiting conditions and families in need who require support. Our services include Homecare, Palliative Care, Community Care, Meals on Wheels, Day Centre support, 24 hour Responder Service and Care Support services as part of the HSE Community Intervention Team in North Dublin.
