Table Tennis Ireland is the 32 county National Governing Body for the sport of Table Tennis in Ireland and is responsible for the management and overall development of all areas of the sport, throughout the island. We are part funded by Sport Ireland, Paralympics Ireland, Sport Northern Ireland and we collaborate with the network of Local Sports Partnerships on various projects. 

The Irish Table Tennis Association Ltd. T/A Table Tennis Ireland was formed in 1937 and was incorporated as a company limited by guarantee in 1987. Table Tennis Ireland has four provincial Branches that govern the sport at regional and local level. Table Tennis Ireland is affiliated to the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) and European Table Tennis Union (ETTU). We are a member of Paralympics Ireland, the Federation of Irish Sport and the Olympic Federation of Ireland.

The Association is governed by a Board of Directors, who are supported by an Office team and Management Committee who look after day to day operations. The objectives of the Association are to promote, foster and regulate table tennis in Ireland, in every legitimate way; to hold competitions; and to arrange representative matches.
