SOSAD (Save Our Sons and Daughters) Ireland is a leading charity dedicated to providing essential mental health support services. SOSAD Ireland has six offices across the North East and Midlands, also offering a nationwide service through remote counselling and our freephone helpline and messaging service. Our freephone helpline operates 24/7, on 1800 901 909, 365 days a year. Our messaging service operates from 8pm until after midnight. We are a volunteer led and community funded charity, and do not receive any statutory funding, including from the Health Service Executive (HSE).
