Not-For-Profit Information

Silver Arch Family Resource Centre (FRC) provides community based support, information and advocacy services to individuals, families and groups in North Tipperary, with a particular focus on those who are most disadvantaged.

It is a company limited by guarantee that has its head office in Nenagh with out reach offices in Borrisokane and Newport. Silver Arch FRC is a local charity and was originally established by the Diocese of Killaloe and a group of local volunteers in 1973.

For over fifty years the service has grown and developed. In 2018, it was successful in its application to become a Tusla funded Family Resource Centre, the first one in North Tipperary.

This development provided the opportunity to re-brand and in January 2019, the organisation relaunched as Silver Arch Family Resource Centre, the new trading name of the company.
