Siel Bleu Ireland is a social enterprise that provides affordable physical activity programmes for Ireland’s senior population and those managing chronic disease. We deliver weekly exercise programmes to over 5800 people throughout Ireland in residential settings, community groups and with patient groups in 20 counties throughout Ireland.
