Rosepark is a non-profit-making registered charity run by a voluntary Board and is compliant with the Charities Governance Code.
We provide accommodation in a Victorian house with eight self-contained apartments, two apartments in a converted mews and four one-bedroom bungalows. We are conveniently situated opposite Seapoint Dart station. We provide a daily home cooked lunch when all residents meet in the dining room. We cater for residents of retirement age who do not want to live alone but who wish to live independently and affordably. Residents maintain their independence while enjoying congenial company, comfort and security.
