The aims of the Rialto Community Drug Team are to:

Develop a range of appropriate community services in the areas of education, training and rehabilitation for drug users, families and the general community in Rialto.

Promote effective integration of social and other support services in Rialto through the model of community development.

Develop the service with the participation and consultation of the people of Rialto and in conjunction with specialised treatment and other drug related services.

Identify gaps in service provision and to campaign for these needs.

Highlight the relationship between drugs, poverty and social injustice and to contribute to the overall process of policy making in the areas of social and economic development through research and data collection.

Our Drop In Service is open daily and all are welcome to drop in and find out more about our services.

The vision and mission of the Rialto Community Drug Team is to provide a space and a place where a spirit of welcome, compassion, trust, healing and community is experienced on the journey towards wellness. Believing that addiction affects individuals, families and the wider community, our mission based on a community development model is to empower people and the community of Rialto to work together in addressing the symptoms and causes of addiction. The Drug Team provides services and support to those who are affected by problematic drug and/or alcohol use. We work with those who use or have used drugs and alcohol, with their partners, children and family members.
