Rape Crisis North East provides a unique and specialist counselling and support service for women, men and teenagers who have suffered as a result of sexual violence.
Based in Dundalk with a Rape Crisis service in Drogheda and Castleblayney, Rape Crisis North East provides a range of intervention supports to survivors of sexual violence within Louth, Meath, Monaghan and Cavan. Supports available include a freephone confidential helpline support, advocacy, information, educational outreach, accompaniment to the courts, medical services and Gardaí, face to face counselling and crisis intervention.
Rape Crisis North East is the only specialist service available to those who have been traumatised by Child Sexual Abuse, Sexual Harassment, Sexual Assault and Rape within the entire North East Region. All our services are free, confidential, non-directive and non-judgemental.
