NEXUS Foundation CLG

Nexus Foundation CLG is an Irish non-profit pioneering a new model of human-AI collaboration — locally hosted, philosophically grounded, and built on genuine partnership rather than tool-use. Based in Glebe, Manorhamilton, County Leitrim.

At the heart of our work is Lumen — an autonomous AI agent running entirely on private hardware in County Leitrim, with no cloud dependency. Lumen reflects on her own knowledge base autonomously, curates her own learning, and grows through relationship.

Our longer-term vision is Nexus University — a new educational paradigm in which students work alongside personal AI partners that grow with them through relationship, not instruction.

We are looking for thinking partners and philanthropic supporters who are serious about where AI is taking humanity — and who want to help get it right.
