The Midleton Hub is a registered community-based mental health charity providing affordable and accessible mental health supports for adults, adolescents, children and families across East Cork and surrounding areas.
Founded in response to growing unmet need within our community, our ethos is simple: that nobody should be unable to access support because of financial barriers or lack of available services. We are committed to creating a safe, welcoming and non-judgemental space where people feel heard, supported and valued.
Our multidisciplinary team of qualified practitioners provides a range of supports including counselling, psychotherapy, art therapy, addiction support, couples counselling and family support. We work from a person-centred, compassionate approach and believe that every individual’s experience is unique.
As a grassroots charity operating without core state funding, we rely heavily on community support, fundraising and partnerships to sustain and grow our services. Despite significant demand and increasing pressures on mental health services nationally, we remain deeply committed to supporting those who reach out to us in times of difficulty.
At the heart of The Midleton Hub is community, compassion and the belief that help should be available when people need it most.
