The Irish Museums Association (IMA) is a network for museums and public galleries across Ireland. It advocates for the improvement of standards and the value and worth of museums to society through the exchange of knowledge. This core function is supported by its programme of events, ongoing research, and training.

The IMA is primarily funded through the Department of Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht and the Heritage Council.
