Interface is a studio and residency programme for visual artists, musicians and writers. Our mission is to provide catalysing opportunities for artists in residence to engage with other international artists and local people through a unique platform within outstanding natural beauty that explores the intersections between scientific research and art.
We curate a programme of residency each year. An open call is distributed internationally and we select from applications from around the world. We link with our collaborative partners, providing exhibition, artists' talks and performance opportunities as part of festivals in the wider county Galway region.Through membership, local artists have access to studio facilities and engagement with international artists.
