Housing Association for Integrated Living (HAIL) is a specialised housing association providing quality housing and individually tailored mental health tenancy sustainment support to our tenants and clients. This is aimed at maximising their abilities to live independently and to fully integrate into their communities.
HAIL is committed to the delivery of quality services to our tenants and clients.
HAIL currently has over 400 properties in the greater Dublin and surrounding areas, ranging in size from single accommodation units to large scale, purpose built mixed housing developments. HAIL has a very ambitious new Strategic Plan for the next 3 years (2020-2022). This includes growing our stock by 55% and expanding  our homes and services across the country. 

HAIL’s vision is to be the provider of choice for housing and support for people with mental health difficulties, enabling them to achieve and sustain independent living in the community by having secure, quality, affordable accommodation with appropriate support services tailored to their needs.
HAIL’s mission is to provide housing and individually tailored support services to support tenants and clients, primarily those with mental health difficulties, to integrate and live independent lives in the community.
