Not-For-Profit Information

Main Object
The main object for which the Company is established (the “Main Object) is to advance community welfare and development, and promote full participation in society by all members of the community. This is done by providing an online community exchange facility where participants can exchange “time credits” with each other. This enables participants to provide services and support networks voluntarily by giving their “time”, helping each other for free. The “time bank” is a means for members to give and receive “time” to/from others, creating social cohesion and wellbeing. No matter what type of work is done, every person is equally valued. The “time bank” will be rolled out nationwide.
