Not-For-Profit Information

Generation Ireland is an Irish social enterprise with a mission to transform education to employment systems to prepare, place, and support people into life-changing careers that would otherwise be inaccessible, while at the same time providing employers with a reliable source of highly-motivated, entry-level talent for the most in-demand professions

We focus particularly those who are NEET, unemployed, underemployed, from disadvantaged and/or historically underserved groups, and are looking to expand our reach across all of Ireland.

Our model consists of free, profession-specific bootcamps, across the tech and green sectors, with matchmade interviews and ongoing one-to-one mentoring/pastoral support.  Since launch in 2020 we have supported ~200 people with >80% job placement into life-changing careers – making us a leader in our field.

Generation Ireland is supported by both corporate funders, such as JP Morgan and Microsoft, as well as through public sector funding, e.g., via Rethink Ireland and Education and Training Boards.

Generation Ireland is one of 17 countries within the Generation network that to date worked with more than 65,000 learners.
