Framework (South East) CLG with Charitable Status

Framework has been in existence since 1995 and has:

• Been core funded to provide advice, training and support to two national Programmes (the Family Resource Centre Programme and the Community Development Programme) ;
• Tendered for other work and provided support when requested to community and  voluntary sector organisations either on a consultancy or a pro bono basis.

Our current  core funded role as Regional Support Agency to the Family Resource Centre Programme involves working with up to 62 FRCs based in the Eastren half of the country. This work has been on an extended Contract for a number of years and will now be put out to tender at the end of 2019.

The organisation is therefore in transition and we will either be in a place where we are winding up if we are not scuccesful in the tender process, or we will be expanding the role and the organisation to cover the  contract with Tusla on a national level.

We are both a Company Limitted by Gairantee with Charitable Status. 3 of our existing Directors need to resign in 2019 and we  are looking for 2 or 3 new Directors who are interested in the supporting the work we do, but in also managing an organisation through change and transition. Key skills that would be usefull are :

• HR and managing staff;
• Financial Management;
• Strategic Planning / familiar with the challenges of community sector organisations;
• Governance and compliance.
