Flossie and the beach cleaners

Our mission is to educate and raise awareness of the problem of marine plastic pollution, primarily in junior school children but also in adults through classroom workshops, regular beach cleans around the Irish coast and on-line awareness through website, blog, articles and television. To co-ordinate co-operation between schoolchildren in Ireland and schoolchildren in developing countries where awareness less acute, through online workshops between schools.
