Dolphin House and Park is a strong, neighborly and proud community located just off the South Circular Road in Dublin's South Inner City. We are part of the village community of Rialto and have the Canal running alongside us.

Generations of families are living here which is great. The strong community and family ties are vital supports for residents in their daily lives as is necessary in working class communities like Dolphin House.

The community has shown amazing courage, spirit and innovation over the years and will continue to work, as it has done, to improve the quality of life and opportunities for our residents. .Dolphin House and Park is a Dublin City Council estate. It is Dublin's largest remaining public housing flat complex. Built in 1957 it sits on 18.5 acres and comprises 436 homes (made up of 392 flats in 6 blocks through the estate and 44 senior citizen units in Dolphin Park).
