The dlr Mill Theatre sits at the creative heart of Dundrum. Described by audiences and artists alike as one of the friendliest and most welcoming theatres in the country it delivers a packed programme of local drama, touring productions, youth theatre, artist development, and a schools programme that connects with teachers and young people across the country. It has become a model of community practice, bringing together amateur passion and professional practice for the benefit and wellbeing of its communities.

Following three years of extraordinary growth in audience numbers, in engagement with community groups, young people and schools, of award nominations and an ever more packed and exciting programme of events, and following an intensive strategic review during 2021, the Mill is becoming one of the most ambitious and successful theatres in the country.

We are emerging from the pandemic stronger and more ambitious than ever.
