National registered charity providing education, training and awareness-raising in environmental skills and issues including traditional and ecological skills, nature conservation, biodiversity surveys, woodland management, agroforestry, nature trail development, native trees.  CELT is a member of Irish Environmental Network and the Environmental Pillar (liaising with and advising government regarding environmental policy).  Also a member of The Wheel (Community & Voluntary network) and AONTAS (National Association for Adult Education).

We provide information about issues including climate change, nature restoration, air / water quality.

We have monthly online directors' meetings and occasional in-person meetings (south-east Co.Galway).  Helpful skills / knowledge might include IT, accountancy, budgeting, governance, event management, fundraising, communications, facilitation, partnership / network development.
