Cara House Family Resource Centre promotes and supports the health and well being of families and individuals in the heart of Letterkenny through social, recreational and educational activities and social and community enterprises.
The work of Cara House - activities, courses and interest groups as well as services, provides a valuable resource for the whole Letterkenny community from the cradle to the grave, especially at periods in their life when they are vulnerable. The ethos is one of welcome, peer support, friendship, acceptance and an overarching respect for everyone. It is socially inclusive, with high quality services and activities offered at a rate that make them accessible to all. With ideas and contributions from all clients valued and welcomed Cara House builds a community that cares.
