Butler Community Centre CLG provides social and recreational opportunities for the community through the ownership, development and management of sports and recreation facilities in St John’s Park in Waterford City. The centre has been in operation since 1986. The centre is funded by the Community Services Programme which is administered by Pobal on behalf of the Department of Rural and Community Development. The centre has a great history as part of the Sacred Heart the Folly parish and receives great support and has an important role within the community.
