Ag Eisteacht

Ag Eisteacht is an Irish registered charity, training frontline practitioners to recognise and use the evidence of the impact of relationships on health and well-being outcomes to enhance both their role and their clients’ experience. Ag Eisteacht aspires to an Ireland where all frontline workers are well placed to respond in a sensitive and focused manner when someone ‘turns to’ them for support. We strive to connect and collaborate with other organisations to bring key messages to practitioners in Ireland about relationship centred practice and its potential for improved health and social care work. Our mission is to enhance frontline workers capacity to engage with and support clients, particularly those in distress. We provide training that develops and strengthens this process. We collaborate in order to broaden and deepen our and others understanding of relational health and wellbeing
