The View Magazine

Not-For-Profit Information

The View Magazine is a campaigning platform and a quarterly publication by and for women in the justice system.

Following our success in  England and a distinct and unaddressed need for penal reform and improved rights for Irish women entering the justice system, we are launching a sister organisation in Ireland. We have been in contact with  the CRO and Social Enterprise Ireland,  to being the process of registering a not for profit company in Ireland.

We use art to build a platform, upon which women can retell and illustrate their own narratives. We are in the process of setting up an Irish social enterprise and in communication with Social Enterprise Ireland and the Charities Regulator.

We publish a quarterly magazine filled with their art, testimonials, poetry and stories and we pay for these submissions. We also publish comment and pieces by leading judges and jurists and human rights campaigners.
