The trust is receptive to applications for Board Membership from individuals who share the ethos of the organization and feel they can contribute to : 

1) The regulatory oversight of the organization by way of governance ethics and experience gained in a personal or work related capacity . 

2)The financial oversight of the organization by virtue of their financial experience , gained  in a personal or professional capacity or as a company director in a similar field. 

3)The strategic direction of the organization by virtue of their personal  or workplace experience generally or in a related field.
