Governance and Compliance Sub-Committee Member

We are looking for a sub-committee member to join our Governance and Compliance Sub-Committee.

This sub-committee meets around 6 times a year and is responsible for ensuring all of the charity's policies and procedures are up to date and in line with legislation, the Charities Regulator and other governing bodies.

This person would hopefully have a background in Human Resources, as well as governance and compliance.
