The Rialto Community Drug Team recently celebrated 30 years of providing a compassionate, client centred, low-threshold addiction services on the ground in Rialto, Dublin 8. We have just launched our 5-year strategic plan (2023-2027). 

RCDT is an autonomous project operating as part of the Rialto Development Association and is governed by an active Voluntary Management Committee which meets on a monthly basis.

The Management Committee has undergone significant positive change in the past year and we are now looking to add an additional member to the team to assist us with delivering on the Strategic Plan. The ideal candidate would have a knowledge of the sector and experience in implementing strategic/organisational change. This is a great opportunity to shape the future direction of a vital community-based service.
