PSPAssociation Ireland CLG (PSPA Ireland) is the national charity for people with or affected by the rare conditions Progressive Supranuclear Palsy and Corticobasal Degeneration.
We are seeking an experienced individual who can assist with the development and ongoing management and implementation of a fundraising strategy to enable PSPA Ireland to grow its awareness and revenue streams, cultivate partnerships and opportunities.
General Duties of Charity Trustee
- To comply with Charities Governance Code
- To comply with the charities governing documents
- Ensure compliance with its charitable purpose for public benefit
- Acting in the best interest of the charity
- Act with reasonable care and skill
- Manage the assets of the charity.
The trustee will sit on the Board of PSPA Ireland
Responsibilities of the role will include:
- Provide guidance and expertise in fundraising activities
- Development and implementation of an strategic fundraising plan
- Explore opportunities for fundraising and assist with grant applications
- Build donor relationships and engage with external stakeholders, develop partnerships.
