Treasurer

We are looking for a Treasurer (volunteer) to join the Executive Committee of the Rathmines & Rathgar Musical Society (R&R) in order to assist us in continuing to provide an excellent service to our membership. The ole is a key part of the Executive Committee who meet 6-8 times per year.

• Ensure the financial controls are fit for purpose and in compliance with regulations.
• Assess and advise on production budget and management accounts.
• Ensure that expenditure is in line with agreed budgets. 
• In advance of each production selection, prepare a budget to facilitate decision making as regard to the actual production.
• Management the bank account and cash flow of the Society.
• Commitment to the ethos, vision and objectives of the Society.
• Prepare the annual account as required for submission to the auditor.
• Responsible for the insurances.
• Be an authorised signatory for the Society.
