To overview all financial transactions of Kerry Sustainable Energy Co-operative Society Limited (5652R)

These include:

1. annual membership subscription renewals
2. new membership subscriptions
3. invoices from 2x wood suppliers & payment of same
4. preparation of 3 monthly accounts for the Board and 12 month/annual accounts for the Auditor
5. presentation the financial report at the Annual General Meeting
6. annual uploading the audited accounts via CORE to the Register of Friendly Society
7. documentation of income from grants, as appropriate
8. payment of office expenses

NOTE:

It is hoped that the treasurer would attend the monthly Board meetings, normally held on Zoom and stay in contact with the secretary/chairperson. KSEC Rules do not require the treasurer to be a member of the Society.
