HR Board Trustee

This is an unpaid voluntary role.

Youth Work Meath is seeking a trustee with a HR background. If you have experience in this area and want to play a role in enhancing the responsibilities of Youth Work Ireland Meath we are keen to hear from you.  

Responsibilities will include the following;

Inputting to the strategic direction, contributing with insight, oversight and experience of strategy formulation in the youth sector.

Input on all aspects pertaining to HR and employment.

Assist with the creation of a HR policy that will include an Employee Handbook for the organisation which will comply with current legislation and practice.

Board meetings are held in Navan or online one Saturday in the month.
