Finance Position

The Midleton Hub is a registered community-based mental health charity providing affordable and accessible mental health supports for adults, adolescents, children and families across East Cork and surrounding areas.

Founded in response to increasing need within the community, we are committed to creating a safe, welcoming and non-judgemental space where individuals can access support regardless of financial circumstance. As a grassroots organisation operating without core state funding, good governance and sustainable financial oversight are essential to the continuation and growth of our services.

The Finance position plays a key role on the Board of Directors, supporting the financial oversight, accountability and sustainability of the organisation.

Working alongside the Chairperson, Board members and administration team, the successful candidate will help monitor income and expenditure, support budgeting and financial planning, and assist in ensuring that the charity meets its financial governance obligations.

This is a voluntary role and would suit someone with experience or interest in finance, bookkeeping, accounting, governance or business management who wishes to contribute their skills to a meaningful community cause.
