ORM is a wonderful Irish Charity that provides medical and support services to children and young adults with complex disabilities seeks a strong Chair of Board to provide expertise and professional guidance.

Serving on the Outreach Moldova's (ORM) Board of Directors is an extraordinary opportunity for an individual who is passionate about strengthening leadership and governance in the not for profit sector. 

We are looking for someone to actively support our CEO to develop our organisation.

Board members are expected to:

• have the financial acumen to read and understand ORMs financial statements and to otherwise help the board fulfil its fiduciary responsibilities.
• attend a minimum of four board meetings per year. They are expected to read board materials in advance of board meetings and to come prepared to ask questions and participate in discussions.
• play an active role in securing the financial resources necessary for ORM to achieve its mission.
• responsibly represent ORM and to advocate for ORM's mission, programmes, and services as appropriate.
