Board Members
Mothers First was founded in 2004 in response to the high prevalence of severe malnutrition in children in Northern India. Our approach has evolved from treating malnutrition in children to one of prevention by targeting pregnant mothers who are malnourished with food baskets each month.
We currently have established maternal health and nutrition programs in India and in the Congo and Somaliland in east Africa.
Please see the home page of our website Mothersfirst.net for detailed information on our work.
