Trustee with legal experience

Development Perspectives (DP) is a growing organisation based in Drogheda, Co Louth.  As an organisation, we now have 17 staff and our annual income is heading towards 1 million per year. As the complexity of the organisation grows, the board is now seeking a trustee with legal experience who can advise the board on legal matters as they may arise.  There are no legal issues of any kind facing the organisation, however, we want to ensure that our Governance structures and processes have considered legal dimensions that will help inform sound decision making. 

The Board meets quarterly with one meeting per year in person. The subcommittees meet twice per year.
