Trustee with HR Experience

Development Perspectives (DP) is seeking a new board member / trustee with HR experience.  DP is an expanding organisation with plans in place to expand further.  Currently, the HR function is supported by an external company who advises and supports the CEO along with the HR sub committee of the board. DP is seeking a trustee who would attend the quarterly board meetings along with the bi annual HR sub committee meetings. The role would also involve a review of the HR handbook and advise and help update payscales and contracts.

The Board meets quarterly with one meeting per year in person. The subcommittees meet twice per year.
