Trustee with HR Experience

KCASES ( Kilkenny/Carlow Area Supported Employment Services)  are seeking new Board members to inject some new Experience and Knowledge into our Service. We are a Supported Employment Service who help people with Disabilites find and keep Employment.  It is a free and confidential service available to participants over the age of 18 and under 65. We provide supports to both the Job Seeker and the Employers.

We currently have an Office in New Street, Kilkenny and on Lower Pollerton Road, Carlow.

We currently have 8 staff between part time and full time and we are looking to grow our service over the coming years.

We are a community based service  fully funded by the Dept. Social Protection .

We would love to hear from you if have expertise in HR, IT, Marketing Social Media and if you have an interest in People with Disabilities finding  meaningful employment in their communities.

We are seeking Input on all aspects pertaining to HR and employment Option

Assist with the creation of a HR strategy that will include an Employee Handbook for the organisation which will comply with current legislation and practice
