Board Member — Irish Bee Conservation Project

The Irish Bee Conservation Project (IBCP) is seeking experienced Board members to support the organisation as it scales its national impact for pollinator conservation.

Applicants must have previous Board or governance experience within a charity, NGO, community organisation, or comparable body.

We are particularly interested in individuals with experience in one or more of the following:

• Charity governance and compliance

• Strategic planning and organisational growth

• Finance, audit, or risk management

• Environmental, biodiversity, or sustainability sectors

• Public sector, policy, or funding environments

Role of the Board:

• Provide strategic oversight and good governance

• Support organisational development and sustainability

• Act in the best interests of the charity and its mission

• Contribute expertise while supporting a volunteer-led organisation

This is a voluntary role with a meaningful opportunity to help shape the future of pollinator conservation in Ireland.
