Treasurer/Finance Manager

This is a voluntary, unpaid remote role for a Treasurer (Board of Directors/Ireland) at Nature Network Ireland. The Treasurer will be responsible for financial statements, financial planning, budgeting, and accounting tasks. This role involves overseeing the organisation's finances and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role also involves working with the company's bookkeeper, who manages the day-to-day accounts and liaises with the company accountant. The role is primarily about the analysis and overseeing of accounts, providing financial information and recommending financial practices to the board. The role is on average 4 hours a week. Sometimes this can be a little more, but often it can be less.
