Peamount Housing CLG

Peamount Housing CLG requires Board Members with significant expertise in all aspects of social housing specifically in the areas of governance and compliance.

Board Terms and Participation:

Attendance is required at Peamount Housing CLG Board meetings which takes places 4 times a year with the possibility of further meetings as determined by the Board of Peamount Housing CLG.

Skills and Expertise:

• Senior Management or Board experience within the Housing sector particularly social housing.
• Substantial current knowledge of compliance as relates to the Housing (Regulation of Approved Housing Bodies) Act 2019.
• Understanding of the community and voluntary sector
• Strong communication and listening skills
